The Memo is still in filing. First they have to stamp it void so they call it voided so it can be marked as filing and send it down to distribution so distribution can stamp it with their seal and send it right back to approval and they have to make two more copies so that the clerk can have one copy in his inbox and two in his out. I swear if the corporate honchos would have had it done by Corporal O 'Riley instead of Hermes Conrad it would be FLIPPIN DONE BY NOW!!!!
